Refinished Hardwood Flooring with Decorative Inlay
This 1955 home required several restoration projects. One of the first was to repair the original wood floors. We patched the damaged and missing flooring from the entryways. The floors were then sanded, stained, and finished with a protective coating. A custom decorative inlay was designed and constructed at the back door of the home to add some unique detail.

Laundry Room Gut & Remodel
Customer requested a complete gutting and remodel of their original 1940s laundry room. Original patterned veneer was removed and replaced with wood paneled walls and ceiling. Project included the installation of a new back door, laminate wood flooring, ceiling lights, insulation, and shelving. The original closet was gutted and rebuilt with custom barn door. We also built and installed a custom sliding barn door at the entrance of the laundry room to assist in muffling any noise from the washer and dryer.

Deck Renovation
The original deck was a safety hazard with broken supports and loose, rotten boards. We removed the unsafe decking and repaired the foundational supports. We replaced the deck with composite deck boards to allow for a greater longevity of the deck. We patterned the deck boards in an aesthetically pleasing manner and framed out enough space for the tree to grow. The family had young children, so we made sure to install a catch-all net around the base of the tree so that no beloved toys would be lost. We trimmed up the tree and refinished the fence in a stain color that matched the new deck.

Stucco Foundation
This stucco foundation was deteriorating 20 years after its install. We removed the damaged stucco and recoated in a white, textured stucco finish to match the original foundation.

Stucco Repair
This local business needed immediate repair. In a matter of 3 days we were able to repair the foam insulation, coat in stucco, recreate the original white banding, and color match to the rest of the business. We specialize in texture and color matching to assure that any repairs and blemishes go unnoticed.

Wellhouse Build & Restore
This original wellhouse was in need of significant repair. It has deteriorated to the point that an entire wall fell. We cleared the rubble, repaired and re-laid the block, installed a roof, and provided extra structural supports. This wellhouse was visible from the road, so the customer requested a facelift of the wellhouse with a traditional barn appearance. We built a custom door, finished the walls in a white stucco, and color-matched to the customer's preference.

Bathroom Remodel
This family requested a complete remodel and upgrade of this bathroom. We gutted the bathroom and installed a new toilet, shower, and tile floor. We upgraded all bathroom hardware, faucets, and storage. We installed a new vanity, lighting, and a fan. We finished the project with a fresh coat of paint to give this bathroom a crisp look.

Retaining Wall Repair
We got a call for a failing retaining wall under this customer's deck. We came out and examined to see a significant crack through the middle of the back block wall. We demoed the failing wall and installed new block. We provided extra structural support, cleaned the work area, and left satisfied that this couple can now use the above deck with no worries.

Deck Repair
This deck was completely warped. It had detached from the home and the supports had rotted away. We discarded the rotten wood, installed new supports, anchored the deck to the home, and leveled the boards completely. We power washed the deck for a clean finish and were on our way to the next project.

Storm Drain Masonry
This storm drain had eroded to the point of collapse. The drain was completely reconstructed. We poured and set concrete, and then built brick walls around the drain.

Custom Doors
We love getting calls to do custom work, especially when it is something in our wheelhouse. One of our favorite projects was replacing these original barn doors with some custom carpentry work. The owner picked out their preferred door design and finish. We weather-proofed both doors with a poly finish. The owner has told us that the door catches the sun just right, so that it glows every sunset. We love having some happy customers!

Kitchen Floor Repair & Tile Replacement
This kitchen floor had sustained significant damage and deterioration underneath the refrigerator. We were able to tear up the dated tile, clean, and repair the damaged subfloor. After the repairs were made, we replaced the dated tiles with a new style chosen by the customer to give the kitchen an upgrade in safety and appearance.
