How do I contact you?

When will I hear from you?
We currently have a turnaround of 1-3 business days. If the matter is more urgent, feel free to send us another message.
What are your prices?
The price of each project depends on a variety of factors including cost of materials, size of the project, duration, and man hours. While we cannot give specific prices for each service, we can promise that an initial consultation will be free and an estimate for your project will be provided within 1-5 business days.
What areas do you serve?
We are based out of Cecil County, so the majority of our work is local or in the surrounding area. We are happy to help in Harford County, Baltimore County, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
How far will you travel?
If your project is outside of the areas identified above, we can discuss to see if we are a good fit for you. Please feel free to reach out.
How long is my estimate valid?
We can guarantee an estimate price for 1 month. If any adjustments are needed or major changes, you will be contacted immediately.
How do I pay you?
Currently we are only accepting cash and checks for payment. We are working to create an online payment option, once that is available, we can accept credit card transactions, but for now, we appreciate your patience.
What are your credentials?
Hankins Construction LLC is managed and operated by Daniel Hankins who has had a lifetime of experience in the construction industry. Daniel was trained by experts in the field of stucco, traditional plaster, carpentry, and much more. He has experience serving local residents and businesses (please refer to our Projects page for references). Daniel has formal training and certifications in concrete in addition to several other construction disciplines. If there is a project that you need help with, Daniel has most likely completed it in the past. Feel free to reach out with any questions about his qualifications.
Who will I be working with?
Daniel Hankins is our company founder and manager. He will be your main contact for all project-related information including your initial estimate and consultation.
